About Lisa Keller, CCC-SLP
I am a speech and language pathologist committed to helping people without a voice learn to express their thoughts and feelings through physical, communicative and emotional support and environmental accommodations. I believe that all individuals have a desire to communicate, to learn and enjoy quality of life.
I believe in the right to communicate in whatever way is preferred by the individual. I help my clients achieve expressive communication by combining traditional language and cognitive therapy with Masgutova Neuromotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). While many of my clients began with Facilitated Communication (FC), due to a quantitative study that I designed and implemented at The Lurie Center for Autism in Lexington, MA, I have become trained in Rapid Prompting Method (RPM), and am transitioning to that technique because of its focus on learning through open channels (visual, auditory, tactile and kinesthetic).
I continue to see clients in my private practice in Concord (NH), and also work for OT Works 4 Kidz in Windham. Therefore, I cover all ages and populations.
